Welcome Back to the Grind: Workin’ on My Savage Is Evolving

Let’s get one thing straight this isn’t just another fitness blog.

This is where discipline meets fire.

Where we don’t just train for the mirror we train for life, combat, and longevity.

Yeah, it’s been a minute. But I’m back. Sharper. Hungrier. And ready to pour every ounce of what I’ve learned into this movement we call Workin’ on My Savage.

The Mission

You already know the deal being “savage” isn’t about being reckless. It’s about being relentless.

It’s that mindset that says, “I’ll show up tired. I’ll show up sore. I’ll show up even when it’s hard because I said I would.”

This blog is here to build that mindset from the inside out. Every week, I’ll break down the things that make you dangerous not just in the cage or on the mats, but in how you show up for life.

Expect breakdowns on:

  • Strength and conditioning for real athletes not influencers.

  • Longevity tools that’ll keep you performing into your 40s, 50s, and beyond.

  • Savage mindset lessons how to train your head as hard as your body.

  • Recovery, breathwork, and nutrition the things nobody takes seriously until it’s too late.

Why Now

Because most people lost the plot.

Everyone’s chasing quick results, shortcuts, and attention.

Savages chase consistency.

I’m done watching watered down advice flood the feed.

I want to bring truth back to the craft no gimmicks, no trends, just battle tested knowledge from years in the cage, on the mats, and in the gym.

You’ll get programming insights, behind-the-scenes peeks at how fighters prep, and lessons that’ll make you rethink how you train, recover, and live.

The Savage Promise

I’ll give it to you straight. No fluff. No fake motivation.

Some of what I say might sting. It’s supposed to.

Growth’s uncomfortable that’s where savages thrive.

So if you’re here for the long game… welcome.

If you’re here to get stronger, smarter, and sharper… welcome.

If you’re here because you’ve been through hell and still showed up anyway… you’re my kind of people.

What’s Next

Next week, I’m dropping a breakdown on how to rebuild your conditioning from the ground up without burning out or wrecking your joints.

If you’ve been grinding but still gas out early, that one’s for you.

Until then stay consistent, stay humble, stay savage.

Let’s get to work.
